Ingredients
Artichokes, acidity regulator: citric acid (E330), antioxidant: ascorbic acid (E300), sulphur dioxide.
Preparation (consume only after cooking):

No need to defrost the product.

Prepare as you would fresh artichokes.

Pour the contents of the bag directly into a pan, add one tablespoon of oil and two tablespoons of water, season with salt to taste, and cook for about 8 minutes, stirring frequently.

Add desired herbs or seasonings.
