Ingredients
Artichokes, acidity regulator: citric acid (E330), antioxidant: ascorbic acid (E300), sulphur dioxide.
Preparation (consume only after cooking):

No need to defrost the product.

Prepare the product as you would fresh artichokes.

Pour the contents of the bag directly into the pan, add one tablespoon of oil and two tablespoons of water, season with salt to taste, and cook for about 8 minutes, stirring frequently.
