Ingredients

200 g grilled aubergines​
Smoked paprika​
Ground cumin​
Fresh coriander​
2 garlic cloves​
Extra virgin olive oil, as needed​
Salt, as needed

Preparation

Let the grilled aubergines thaw at room temperature.​
Heat them for 10 minutes on a baking tray lined with baking paper, placed on the lower rack of the oven at 200°C. Once hot, season the aubergines with extra virgin olive oil and salt to taste.​
Roughly chop the garlic and add it to the aubergines.​
Finish with the ground spices and finally with the fresh coriander, previously washed and chopped. Place the spiced aubergines in the fridge for at least one hour and serve them cold at the start of the meal.
