Ingredients

600 g sun-dried tomatoes in oil
150 g fresh cheese (ricotta, mozzarella or burrata)
150 g semi-aged cheese (provola or scamorza)
150 g aged cheese (Parmesan or pecorino)
200 g fresh vegetables (carrots, celery, bell peppers)
150 g datterino tomatoes
Extra virgin olive oil, to taste
Balsamic vinegar from Modena, to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

Prepare a medium-large wooden, slate or plastic serving board.
Set out at least three small bowls and divide the different types of cheese among them, after cutting the cheeses into cubes.

Peel the fresh vegetables and cut them into thin sticks, then transfer them to a separate bowl.
Make a dressing for the vegetables by whisking together olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then add a pinch of salt.

Lightly drain the tomatoes in oil and place them in another small bowl.
Separately, serve the datterino tomatoes after rinsing them.

Arrange all the bowls on the board and get ready to share it with your friends!
