The Controller adopts appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction of Personal Data.

Besides the Controller, in some cases, other subjects involved in the organization of this Application (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal staff, system administrators) or external parties (such as third\u2011party technical service providers, postal couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) may have access to the Data.     The User has the right to request information on the legal basis for transfers of Personal Data outside the European Union, as well as on the security measures adopted by the Controller.<\/p>\n

    Retention Time<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Data is retained for the time necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
